This classic panettone is made with sultanas (14%) and candied orange peels (6%), offering the perfect balance of sweetness and citrusy zest. Crafted through a long, meticulous proofing process that takes several days, this panettone achieves its signature airy texture. Legend has it that panettone was created by accident in the 14th century, when a pastry chef’s dough rose far beyond expectation and the iconic treat was born!
